Best moment this week:  Finding out today that I can keep up with a full 50 min spinning class.
Miss anything? My husband.
Looking forward to:   Begin my Tracy Anderson Perfect Design Series workout.

I’ll try to keep a log of every Wednesday exercise and food and will call it “Weight Loss Wednesday”. I will be using this tag in my Instagram account to keep a track there as well.

I had a fantastic breakfast consisting in my double espresso with skimmed milk and stevia, fresh whole grain and seeds bread (courtesy of my friends of Malvapan), poached egg and fresh orange and pears courtesy of my friend Anabel who brought us a whole box of oranges and tangerines and eggs from her farm last night!.

After this proper breakfast Bilbo and I went walking through the countryside and uphill with an average walk pace of 11 min per km, for 40 minutes, burning (according to my Runtanstic pedometer app) an proximate of 160 cal. Then I did a full spinning class of 50 min burning a whopping amount of calories according to the spinning bike computer (585 calories!). That would be all in the exercise department today.

Lunch consisted of a high protein fish and spinach homemade soup followed by and orange and a pear and a pint of water. Had a coffee with skimmed milk and stevia for my afternoon snack and went a bit out of the diet because of a sugar crave at around 6pm grabbing a bite of the homemade orange cake (without the Cointreau sauce) that was left from the weekend…

For dinner we went back on track with lean roast pork and roast potato accompanied by a green salad with boiled eggs and a glass of Coke Zero.

All in all, not bad today.

Let's keep it up for next week!
